We are a husband and wife team living in Northern Virginia.We love the DMV and are looking forward to supporting the area with our business acquisitions.While we have called a few other places home, we have lived here the longest and call this area our home.We believe in fostering relationships within the community, our neighbors, our friends, family and co-workers.We hope to take over an existing business with a wonderful staff and empower them to grow with us and our shared success while enabling their opportunities to participate in ownership of the business too.We are backed by Acquira, an advisory firm and community of business owners. Acquira provides training, coaching, and support for acquisition entrepreneurs before, during, and after an acquisition of home service related businesses, including capital to support the acquisition.Kacy brings 20+ years of leadership and collaboration experience managing teams at various organizations in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Her creative approach to problem-solving, process improvements, and data analytics solutions will help optimize our small businesses to best suit the needs of the customers, the organization, and the employees.No stranger to life as an entrepreneur, Alex started young identifying any opportunity to engage the community with entrepreneurial efforts from selling fruit and flowers grown in the yard, training grasshoppers for resale in their Oregon suburban neighborhood to later selling burgers and mowing neighbors lawns while in high school back on the east coast.Alex brings a decade of small business ownership, business development and consulting experience having started, grown, and sold a business previously in the Northern Virginia area. Later he went on to help other businesses strive to excellence in areas from payment solutions and marketing to business development, buying stakes in businesses enabling growth opportunities. He is savvy and resourceful in automation, IT, sales, marketing and operations.We enjoy trips to the beach, hiking the mountains, gardening together, going to see shows at wolf trap, enjoying fine cuisine at local independent restaurants, lounging by the pool and reading, as well relaxing in our backyard with our dog Penny.Kacy spends her spare time attending book club with friends, shopping, belly dancing, sewing,
reading, and gardening.Alex enjoys tinkering, home improvement projects, being outside for spontaneous adventures, and learning new things.
